Job Title Non-IT Recruiter Remote Experience Required 1 - 15 Years Location Remote Employment Type Full-Time About Induspect Induspect is a leading global solutions provider specializing in Human Resources and Manpower services across diverse industries such as Oil Gas Pharmaceuticals Renewables Engineering Manufacturing and more At Induspect we believe in partnering with our clients to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth through tailored recruitment solutions We are looking for a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening and onboarding candidates The ideal candidate will have experience managing bulk hiring projects and possess strong domain expertise in non-IT sectors Primary Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions Source and screen potential candidates through job portals social media networking and referrals Handle bulk hiring initiatives efficiently within tight timelines Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates Facilitate negotiations on job offers and ensure smooth on boarding processes Regularly update and manage candidate databases using ATS or CRM tools Secondary Responsibilities Coordinate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Manage external recruitment vendors and coordinate accordingly Utilize job portals effectively Naukri LinkedIn Monster etc for sourcing quality candidates Organize interview schedules and coordinate logistics Prepare regular recruitment analytics and reports to measure recruitment effectiveness Build and maintain a professional network for future hiring needs Ensure effective and clear communication internally and externally Required Skills Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment 1 to 15 years Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple recruitment drives Proficiency with applicant tracking systems ATS Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Analytical mindset with attention to detail High degree of professionalism and ethical standards Why Join Induspect Be part of a growing global team focused on excellence Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Application Process Interested candidates may apply by submitting their updated resume at Diya p induspect in Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly for further discussions
