Job Description Canara Hsbc Life Insurance Co,ltd Designation- Cluster Business Head CTC-upto 10 lpa Key responsibilities - Drive Sales and Business Growth: - Meet monthly and quarterly business targets for revenue and customer acquisition. - Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion ratios, and sales funnels. - Initiate and manage micro-events to acquire new clients. - Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned bank cluster head and branch employees. - Manage relationships to ensure smooth and effective sales operations. - Team and Performance Management: - Manage, coach, and train the sales team (e.g., Field Sales Managers) mapped to the cluster. - Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure productivity and sales targets are met. - Ensure the quality of new recruits and maintain high levels of persistency and productivity. - Training and Compliance: - Conduct product training and motivation sessions for bank staff. - Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. - Ensure timely policy issuance.
