Your JobWe are looking for a skilled professional to design and implement enterprise-grade workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.As the lead AKS cluster upgrade specialist, you will ensure that upgrades in both Non-Production and Production environments take place with zero/minimal downtime.You will be responsible for architecting and executing application migration strategies into AKS containers, ensuring seamless transitions.In this role, you will develop and enforce best practices for AKS cluster security, scalability, and performance optimization, maintaining high standards across all operations.You will troubleshoot AKS certificate issues, networking challenges, and cluster connectivity problems, providing timely resolutions to critical incidents.Collaborating with DevOps teams, you will integrate AKS with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, streamlining our workflow.You will define and maintain AKS governance policies, including RBAC, secrets management, and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.As a technical leader, you will provide guidance on container orchestration and Kubernetes ecosystem tools, driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.Monitoring and optimizing AKS cluster health, resource utilization, and cost efficiency, you will ensure that our infrastructure remains optimized and aligned with business objectives.You will document architectural designs, operational procedures, and migration playbooks for AKS environments, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.Your ProfileWith strong hands-on experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) architecture and development, you will bring valuable insights and skills to our team.You possess proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts and tools, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.Proven experience in AKS cluster upgrades and application migrations to containerized environments demonstrates your ability to adapt and innovate.Expertise in troubleshooting AKS certificate issues and network-related problems showcases your analytical skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with Azure networking, security, and monitoring tools for AKS environments highlights your capacity for learning and growth.Work LocationWe offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to choose from Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru, while also enjoying a hybrid work environment that balances productivity and work-life balance.
