About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Sales Manager with a strong background in solution sales for the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial equipment and heavy machinery solutions, along with a strong ability to build and grow key accounts.

This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and client relationship management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution sales initiatives for clients in the Automotive Industry, focusing on industrial equipment, heavy machinery, and related technologies.
- Develop and manage strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and manufacturing companies to identify new opportunities.
- Provide consultative sales support, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, technical, operations) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competition, and client needs to enhance sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with a focus on value-driven selling.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of proven experience in solution sales within the Automotive Industry / Industrial Equipment / Heavy Machinery sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery solutions, and automotive applications.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and closing large deals.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to customer needs.
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
