Role Overview We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing strategy, focusing on performance marketing through Meta Ads, Google Ads, banner campaigns, and PPC initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute high-ROI PPC and paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and performance platforms, targeting eco-conscious homeowners in high-tariff regions for maximum lead quality and conversions in the solar energy sector. - Leverage advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track performance marketing metrics, refine audience segmentation, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact on renewable energy adoption. - Integrate AI-driven automation for creative optimization, including banner ads and personalized content, to enhance engagement in green energy solutions while adhering to India's digital advertising regulations. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with our zero-cost financing model, driving content that resonates with residential solar prospects and boosts brand visibility in sustainable energy. - Monitor market trends in the renewable energy industry, conduct A/B testing, and report on KPIs like CPL, CTR, and ROI to fuel data-backed decisions that accelerate our growth. Qualifications & Skills - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in renewable energy, solar industry, or consumer-facing sectors, with proven success in performance marketing and lead generation. - Expertise in PPC and Paid Media Management: Proficient in optimizing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and banner campaigns for targeted audiences, achieving low CPL in competitive markets like sustainable energy. - Advanced Data Analytics and Performance Tracking: Skilled in tools like GA4 and attribution models to measure and enhance campaign ROI, ensuring data-driven strategies for solar energy marketing. - AI-Driven Automation and Creative Optimization: Experience with AI tools (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max) for automated bidding, ad personalization, and content generation in green energy promotions. - Strong understanding of India's renewable energy landscape, including subsidies and consumer behaviors; excellent communication and analytical skills; Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing or related field preferred.
