Today, Rollick is present in 15 states and has plans to soon be available pan India. website: Location: Mayurbhanj Gamjam Jharsugara Interested candidate please share your updated resume: Sales Officer - FMCG (Job Description) Key Responsibilities (Must): - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. - Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily to ensure product availability. - Expand market coverage by onboarding new retailers and improving outlet penetration. - Ensure visibility, merchandising, and proper placement of products in all outlets. - Manage distributor operations - stock, billing, payments, and claims. - Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. - Handle primary and secondary sales reporting on a daily basis. - Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and customers. - Execute promotional activities, schemes, and offers in the market. - Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must): - Minimum 1-3 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Good market knowledge of the assigned territory. - Proficiency in MS Excel/reporting. - Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory). - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Education: - Graduate (preferred), but 12th pass with FMCG experience may be accepted.
