We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. As a Lead Generation Executive/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts. Proactively seeks and embraces new ways for improvement. - Extensive experience in prospecting and building contact lists of decision-makers using diverse online tools and techniques. - Seeking experts with a proven track record in prospecting lead generation and active involvement in the conversion process. - Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to promote and sell our services. Mandatory Requirements - Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Researching to identify new leads and potential customers. - Familiarity with CRM Software and Lead Management Tools, including Sales Navigator, LUSHA, Apollo.Io, Rocketreach, Leadiq, etc. - Lead generation: At least 1 years (Required) Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid, Chandigarh (Zirakpur) Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + ESOP Benefits: - Flexible Work Hours - Unlimited Leave Policy - ESOP Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application Question(s): - Can you share the lead generation tools you're familiar with?
