seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer AI and Technology for a 6-month contract to join our global team In this role you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top talent worldwide with a strong focus on AI and technology profiles You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs drive sourcing strategies and ensure we connect with the best candidates in the market This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing international and innovative environment Responsibilities Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments Source identify and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn job boards internal databases and Boolean search techniques Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System ATS and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate engagement Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to improve sourcing strategy Stay informed on market trends salary benchmarks and competitive intelligence to support talent mapping Requirements 3-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment Experience sourcing AI experience is mandatory Knowledge of talent markets in APAC EMEA MENA and Americas Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field or equivalent experience Strong research and online sourcing skills Boolean search X-ray LinkedIn Recruiter etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Spanish is a plus Familiarity with ATS tools e g Recruitee High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities Proactive
