What You’ll Do Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities across engineering and design . Source, engage, and nurture candidates through LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and other channels . Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future roles. Share market insights and regular updates on sourcing progress. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting. Proven experience hiring for tech and design roles in a product or startup environment . Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Curiosity, energy, and passion for tech recruiting and learning new tools.
