She describes the role as follows: The Communications Specialist for the IT & Solutions department of SoftwareOne is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that support IT & Solutions initiatives across the organization. This role will also drive organizational change efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with IT & Solutions endeavors within SoftwareOne.
