Role Description This is a full-time remote B2C sales role for someone who knows how to close deals, build genuine human connections, and convert leads into paid enrollments. You will talk directly to potential learners, understand their goals, handle objections, and guide them toward the right training programs. The role demands strong negotiation skills, high energy, and consistency in achieving daily & monthly targets. You'll drive revenue growth, manage follow-ups via WhatsApp/Calls, and represent the brand with confidence and ownership. Responsibilities 1. Coding Meri Jaan empowers individuals to build future-ready careers in AI Automation, AI Agents & Generative AI. 2. We are hiring B2C Sales Executives who can consistently drive conversions and deliver strong sales performance. 3. Make outbound calls to high-intent leads from ads, webinars & funnel campaigns and convert them into paid enrollments. 4. Build genuine personal connections and trust with prospective learners. 5. Understand learner goals, aspirations, and challenges to provide suitable program guidance. 6. Maintain strong CRM discipline structured follow-ups & accurate pipeline management. 7. Consistently achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. 8. Work remotely with high ownership, reliability, and accountability. 9. Prior experience in EdTech B2C sales is strongly preferred. 10. Knowledge of AI, Automation tools, or technology education is a strong advantage. 11. Excellent spoken communication skills in English & Hindi are essential. 12. Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based growth. 13. Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + high-earning commission potential. 14.
