Job Description OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE - As Corporate Real Estate Lead (CRE) for India, you will report to the Associate Director of CRE Infrastructure and serve as the key architect of our workplace vision across the region. Youll lead both a central CRE team in Hyderabadtasked with supporting our global strategy. - Your mission is to unify strategic ambition with flawless execution, ensuring every office delivers a seamless, inspiring environment that enables our people to do their best work. KEY RESPONSIBILITES - You will deliver CRE strategy for India aligned with our global Flutter Edge vision, embedding it into how our CRE teams operate and deliver services to our colleagues. On any given day, you might be aligning long-term roadmaps with senior stakeholders in London or New York, coaching your site leadership to elevate local performance, and diving into the details of health, safety, and environmental compliance. - Youll be both visionary and hands-on, guiding major transformation projects from concept through delivery, while also stepping in to resolve urgent programme activities. By leading the in country team, you will act as an ambassador for Group CRE senior leadership. You will need to understand the set goals, objectives and strategies of each function and support the onsite teams to ensure successful delivery of our core business and projects. You will act as the local POC for both local CRE teams and stakeholder escalations on behalf of the Group CRE team. You will be an integral participant in the wider India CRE programme ensuring positive engagement and compliance from the CRE teams. TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE You bring at least 12 years of Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Management Transformation experience, with a minimum of five years leading in matrixed organizations. You thrive on influencing senior executives across time zones and cultures, translating big ideas into concrete action plans. Your experience of programme frameworks in India gives you the confidence to balance ambitious projects with rock-solid governance. - Youre an influential communicator who builds trust up, down, and across the organization. - You lead collaboratively, energizing cross-functional teams to raise the bar on service excellence. - You approach challenges strategically, yet you never hesitate to dive into the details when service continuity is at stake. - You live Flutters values of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and you hold your teammatesand yourselfto the same standard. Behavioural Competencies - Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal Business English - Ability to deliver best in class service delivery in a highly regulated industry - Ability to analyse complex data and make decisions - Understanding of change management and its impact on people and processes - Ability to create a sense of community amongst the members of the CRE teams Technical Competencies - Working knowledge of financial principles and practices - Strong demonstrable, leadership experience - Experience in AI, Automation and IT developments preferred - Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative in line with Group CRE Strategy - Results focussed with the ability to forecast and mitigate risk - Have a strategic mind-set with the ability to translate to tactical delivery
