Role Description – HR & Accounts Coordinator Location: Bengaluru & Mumbai Salary Range: ₹3 – 4 LPA Commute Requirement: Candidates residing close to the office location are preferred. If staying farther away, owning a personal vehicle for daily office commute is recommended. This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Accounts Coordinator. The position primarily focuses on Human Resources and Accounting support, with very minor CRM-related tasks. The coordinator will support HR processes, assist with core accounting operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and manage basic CRM updates for internal alignment. Human Resources Responsibilities - Manage employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and HR documentation - Oversee benefits administration and employee relations - Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance - Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities - Facilitate effective internal communication and help maintain a positive workplace culture Accounts Responsibilities - Handle basic accounting entries, invoice processing, and expense tracking - Coordinate with the finance team during monthly closing activities - Maintain vendor payment records, petty cash, and reimbursement documentation - Assist with GST/TDS paperwork and statutory documentation - Prepare basic financial summaries, reports, and reconciliations Very Minor CRM & Coordination Tasks - Update customer information and basic follow-up details in the ERP system - Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status and customer inquiries - Support customer communication by routing queries to relevant team members - Maintain accurate CRM data for internal reference Qualifications - Strong understanding and experience in HR management and general HR operations - Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related tasks - Familiarity with ERP tools, Tally or willingness to learn (minimal tasks involved) - Proficiency in benefits administration and employee relations - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment - Prior experience in HR/Accounts coordination roles is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
