If staying farther away, owning a personal vehicle for daily office commute is recommended.This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Accounts Coordinator.The position primarily focuses on Human Resources and Accounting support, with very minor CRM-related tasks. The coordinator will support HR processes, assist with core accounting operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and manage basic CRM updates for internal alignment.Human Resources ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and HR documentationOversee benefits administration and employee relationsAssist in implementing HR policies and ensuring complianceSupport day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activitiesFacilitate effective internal communication and help maintain a positive workplace cultureAccounts ResponsibilitiesHandle basic accounting entries, invoice processing, and expense trackingCoordinate with the finance team during monthly closing activitiesMaintain vendor payment records, petty cash, and reimbursement documentationAssist with GST/TDS paperwork and statutory documentationPrepare basic financial summaries, reports, and reconciliationsVery Minor CRM & Coordination TasksUpdate customer information and basic follow-up details in the ERP systemCoordinate with the sales team regarding order status and customer inquiriesSupport customer communication by routing queries to relevant team membersMaintain accurate CRM data for internal referenceQualificationsStrong understanding and experience in HR management and general HR operationsBasic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related tasksFamiliarity with ERP tools, Tally or willingness to learn (minimal tasks involved)Proficiency in benefits administration and employee relationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environmentPrior experience in HR/Accounts coordination roles is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
