Job Responsibilities:
•Actively follow up on leads through various channels (online portals, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits).
•Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
•Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
•Provide detailed information to customers regarding pricing, legal aspects, and project specifications.
•Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
•Coordinate with the sales team and management for promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
•Ensure smooth documentation and agreement formalities for clients.
Key Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
•1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals.
•Good understanding of the local property market and customer preferences.
•Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and real estate listing platforms.
•Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
