Someone who can laugh off a "no thanks" and immediately pivot to the next prospect with fresh enthusiasm. You'll be our reliable revenue engine, the person prospects actually enjoy talking to. When you call someone at 9 AM on a Tuesday, they won't groan—they'll remember you as the rep who made them smile while explaining complex data solutions. Your consistency in outreach, combined with your natural humor, will turn skeptical prospects into engaged conversations. Key Responsibilities Consistent Creative Prospecting & Multi-Channel Outreach · Master Apollo, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Perplexity.Ai, Claude, and Email marketing to identify decision-makers struggling with data challenges · Show up every single day with the same creative energy—design personalized campaigns that prospects actually want to read · Maintain steady outreach velocity across multiple channels: LinkedIn voice messages, email sequences, and phone calls · Build a reputation for being the sales rep who's both professional and genuinely fun to talk with The Daily Grind with a Smile · Make 50+ calls daily, treating each conversation like it's your first of the day (even when it's your last) · Craft follow-up messages that prospects forward to colleagues because they're too good not to share Stay consistent with your outreach cadence—prospects should know they can count on hearing from you regularly · Use humor appropriately to break tension and build rapport, but never lose sight of business objectives Research & Strategic Intelligence · Deep-dive into prospect companies with the dedication of a detective and the enthusiasm of someone who genuinely cares · Create compelling case studies and one-pagers that tell stories, not just list features · Stay current on data analytics and AI trends, translating complex concepts into conversations anyone can understand · Build your LinkedIn presence as someone people actually want to connect with—authentic, helpful, and occasionally witty Creative Experimentation with Reliable Execution · Test new outreach approaches monthly while maintaining your core activities that work · Design A/B tests for everything: email subject lines, call scripts, LinkedIn messages, even the time of day you reach out · Document what works and what doesn't—your consistency in testing leads to breakthrough moments · Never let experimentation become an excuse for inconsistent execution Technical Proficiency & Infrastructure Knowledge · Understand email deliverability like your paycheck depends on it (because it does) · Navigate SPF, DKIM, and domain reputation management to keep your emails landing in inboxes · Learn our platform thoroughly so you can demo with confidence when prospects show interest · Stay updated on sales technology while maintaining focus on fundamentals that drive results You're not just another sales rep firing off templated messages. You're the person who remembers details from previous conversations, who can make a cold call feel warm within thirty seconds, and who brings the same positive energy to your 60th call as your first. You understand that consistency beats perfection. A good outreach strategy executed daily trumps a perfect strategy executed sporadically. You're someone who can handle rejection with grace and even humor—turning "we're not interested" into "well, I appreciate your honesty, and here's why you might want to reconsider." Qualifications Educational Background · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field Experience · 4+ years in B2B inside sales or sales development roles · SaaS/technology sales experience strongly preferred · Demonstrated track record of consistent performance, not just peak months · Experience building rapport quickly and maintaining relationships over time Skills · Communication Excellence: Outstanding English skills with natural conversational ability and appropriate humor · Consistency Mindset: Ability to maintain high activity levels and positive attitude through ups and downs · Technical Competence: Email deliverability knowledge, CRM proficiency, video/audio outreach tools · Personal Attributes: Genuinely outgoing personality, resilience, customer-focused approach, comfortable making people smile while discussing serious business challenges Target Performance Consistently book 7-9 qualified meetings per month across all outreach channels after 90-day ramp period.
