Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Assist in the preparation processing and reconciliation of payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations 1 6 Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws payroll regulations and organizational policies staying updated on changes that may affect payroll processing 1 5 Employee Records Management Maintain and update employee records including payroll-related documents such as time sheets tax forms and benefit information 5 9 Reporting Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights regarding labor costs and assist management in maintaining budgetary controls Dispute Resolution Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding payroll issues ensuring timely and effective resolution Collaboration Work closely with HR Accounting and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely reporting of payroll expenses 2 6 Audit Support Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and maintain documentation as required for compliance Administrative Support Oversee general administrative duties such as coordinating staff schedules managing communications and handling correspondence related to payroll matters 5 Qualifications Education A Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Accounting Finance or Human Resources is typically preferred 6 9 Experience Prior experience in payroll processing or administration usually ranging from 5 to 12 years is essential for effective performance in this role Skills Strong analytical skills proficiency with payroll software and a solid understanding of tax laws and regulations are critical Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus
