Job Description - We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Relationship Manager (Tele RM) / Senior Relationship Manager (Sr. RM) to join our B2B Agency Channel team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for on boarding agents, guiding them through the sales process, and helping them sell insurance policies to clients. - This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the insurance industry, and a drive for achieving business targets Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment & Development: - Identify and on board potential agents from the B2B channel. - Conduct on boarding and training sessions for newly recruited agents. - Develop and manage agent relationships, providing them with continuous support and guidance. - Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity. Customer Relationship Management: - Build strong, long-lasting, end to end relationships with key partners and agents. - Resolve any customer or agent concerns related to policies and ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide product knowledge and answer questions regarding health insurance policies. Reporting & Compliance: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agent recruitment, and performance in CRM tools. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. - Provide regular reports on recruitment, sales performance, and market trends to the senior management team. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in the B2B Agency channel, preferably in the health insurance sector. - Previous experience in recruitment agents. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Key Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of health insurance products and the B2B agency model. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. - Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop agents. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
