We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead our production team in manufacturing high-quality car parts using injection molding technology The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes maintaining product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning and Control - Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and delivery timelines - Ensure efficient utilization of resources including machinery materials and labor 2 Quality Management - Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards - Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions 3 Process Improvement - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes 4 Team Management - Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors operators and technicians - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge 5 Cost Control - Monitor and control production costs including materials labor and overheads - Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization 6 Safety and Compliance - Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry regulations and company policies - Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions Requirements 1 Education Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering or related field 2 Experience Minimum 4-5 years of experience in production management preferably in injection molding or automotive industry 3 Skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer 1 Competitive Salary A competitive salary package commensurate with experience 2 Benefits Benefits include provident fund Food Breakfast and Lunch and other perks 3 Growth Opportunities Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic organization If you re a seasoned production professional looking for a new challenge we d love to hear from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 360 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Sriperumbudur Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Plastics injection molding 4 years Required Language Tamil Required Work Location In person
