Job Title: Jr. Accountant

Industry: Import & Export FMCG

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely data entry in Tally and Miracle software.
- Prepare and verify purchase, sales, expense, and payment vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
- Experience: 12 years in accounting, preferably in an import-export or FMCG company.
- Proficiency in Tally & Miracle accounting software is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic tax regulations (GST/TDS).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time-management skills.
