Job Description Company Description KTEX Nonwovens Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in the nonwoven fabrics industry, specializing in providing innovative fabrics for the hygiene, medical, and industrial markets. The company produces high-quality Spun-Melt, Spunbond, and Specialty Fabrics for applications in Feminine Hygiene, Baby Care Products, Adult Incontinence, Medical, Agriculture, Packaging, Filtration, and Industrial Products. Utilizing the latest technologies, KTEX delivers unique solutions to customers worldwide. Role Description The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in accounting systems and processes. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and oversee daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts, etc.). - Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliation. - Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. - Manage GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance, ensuring timely filing of returns. - Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and coordination with internal/external auditors. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. - Liaise with banks for payments, fund management, and related documentation. - Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls. - Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management review. Qualifications - Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. - Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup. - Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel and accounting software. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. - Good analytical, communication, and team coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
