We're Hiring: Telesales Representative cum Office Admin Kozhikode
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join our team at our upcoming Smart Home Experience Center in Kozhikode.
In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a key part in connecting with potential customers, coordinating with our field sales team, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Calling and engaging with new leads
- Following up on existing inquiries
- Coordinating with field executives to set up product demonstrations
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring a great experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong background in sales, lead management, and customer relationship building
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting software
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred for smooth customer interaction)
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and follow up on appointments
- A positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to adapt to customer needs, schedules, and preferences
- Basic understanding of smart home technology and IoT products is an added advantage
