Product Management - Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs and regulatory standards. - Assist in the creation of product packaging, labeling, and promotional materials. - Manage product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, ensuring ongoing product optimization. 4. Promotional Activities - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.). - Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content. - Organize and participate in dermatology conferences, trade shows, and other industry events. 5. Digital Marketing - Oversee the company's online presence, including websites, social media, and email marketing. - Implement SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. - Track and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. 6. Sales Support - Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and resources. - Develop sales tools such as presentations, product guides, and training materials. - Assist in lead generation and nurturing efforts to support sales goals. 7. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management - Engage with dermatologists, skincare professionals, and other key stakeholders to build strong relationships. - Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers. - Gather and act on customer feedback to improve products and services. 8. Budget Management - Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Track expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within budget. 9. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence - Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. - Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting dermatology products. 10. Reporting and Analysis - Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends. - Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
