This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Chennai JobType: full-time The Risk Escalation Analyst is responsible for reviewing and investigating high-risk activities, suspicious transactions, and fraud alerts to protect the organization from financial loss and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves detailed analysis, case management, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting enhancements to fraud detection and risk controls. Requirements What You Will Do - Investigate suspicious or high-risk transactions to identify potential fraud, policy violations, or compliance concerns. - Manage and monitor cases within the risk investigation system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. - Analyze failed transactions, account takeover attempts, and risk trends to strengthen prevention strategies. - Collaborate with banks, compliance teams, and internal departments to resolve complex or escalated cases. - Ensure all work adheres to AML regulations, global compliance requirements, and internal policies. - Recommend process improvements and risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure. - Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
