Designation-Chief Traning Manager

CTC-24 lpa

Key Responsibilities:

- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for mutual fund distributors, advisors, or other professionals, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales strategies, and regulatory compliance.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on various mutual fund products, including equity, debt, hybrid, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

- Regulatory Awareness: Ensure trainees understand regulatory requirements, such as those related to NISM certifications in India.

- Sales Strategies: Teach effective sales techniques and strategies to promote mutual fund products.

- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements and Skills:

- Mutual Fund Knowledge: Strong understanding of mutual fund products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.

- Training Experience: Experience in designing and delivering and evaluating training programs.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
