Benefits Paid time off Paid sick time Provident Fund Full job description Job Title Commis - Indian Section Department Food Production Experience Required 1-3 Years Indian Cuisine About the Role Baywatch Resort Goa is looking for a skilled Commis Indian to support the culinary team in preparing authentic Indian dishes The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian cooking techniques basic kitchen operations and a strong passion for food quality and hygiene Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes as per the menu and chef s instructions Maintain high standards of food quality taste and presentation Ensure proper cleanliness hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and work area Assist in mise-en-place for curries breads gravies tandoor prep and other Indian specialties Follow food safety standards and maintain kitchen SOPs Support senior chefs in managing stock storing ingredients and minimizing wastage Cooperate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during buffet and a la carte service Handle basic cutting chopping grinding and marination tasks Skills Qualifications Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred 1-3 years of experience working in an Indian kitchen preferably in hotels or resorts Understanding of Indian spices flavours and preparation methods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Good teamwork discipline and willingness to learn Salary As per experience and interview performance Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 10 905 69 - 26 091 56 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
