The Founder’s Office is at the heart of Defyn — managing growth, sales, client journeys, and execution end-to-end. This is not a routine 9–5. What You’ll Do: - Sales & Business Development - Manage and close inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals. - Understand customer needs deeply and guide them into the right Defyn journey. - Marketing & Client Servicing - Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships. - Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal team to ensure smooth delivery. - Track marketing performance and customer insights. - Founder’s Office Execution - Act as the bridge between the Founder and clients/prospects. - Manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction. - Take ownership of special projects that drive growth. Who You Are - 2–3 years of experience in marketing / business development / client servicing (agency background preferred). - Strong communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and empathetic. - Smart, quick learner, high on energy, able to handle multiple things at once. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment. - Someone who thrives on responsibility and is not afraid to get hands dirty.
