Job Description We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide the development and improvement of API and data integration products within the healthcare domain. Responsibilities - Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to gather and define functional and non-functional product requirements - Write clear, ready user stories that reflect business needs and incorporate architectural input from engineering - Maintain and prioritize a groomed backlog focused on delivering the highest business value swiftly - Act as scrum master to facilitate team retrospectives, optimize agile processes, and improve team performance - Plan and coordinate delivery of incremental value in alignment with other technical product owners - Monitor and analyze product health metrics such as KPIs, defect trends, compliance, and security to ensure business outcomes - Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve product quality including automation and tooling integration - Analyze customer and system data to assess API usage, adoption, and performance, providing strategic recommendations - Manage unresolved issues and determine effective resolutions to maintain product progress - Communicate product vision and roadmap clearly to all relevant parties - Ensure team capacity is effectively utilized to maintain technical product health - Lead demos and presentations of completed work to product stakeholders - Support the development and delivery of minimum viable products and epics in coordination with multiple teams - Utilize agile tools such as Jira to track story aging, work in progress, and throughput metrics Requirements - Extensive experience with business analysis totaling 9 to 13 years - Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience - Proven leadership experience as a scrum master within software development teams, applying scrum principles - Strong background in working with API and data integration solutions, preferably within healthcare standards - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Databricks, Spark, and cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP - Experience collaborating closely with technology teams and contributing to technical product roadmaps - Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into strategic business insights - Experience with agile methodologies and related tooling such as Jira and Confluence Nice to have - Knowledge of healthcare domain and related regulatory environments - Experience with DevOps tools and practices - Previous coding experience to enhance communication with development teams - Familiarity with cloud-based data processing solutions - Experience managing product health metrics and technical debt reduction initiatives
