Key Responsibilities: - Influencer Scouting & Shortlisting - Identify and evaluate influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on brand requirements, target audience, and campaign goals. - Analyze influencer metrics (reach, engagement, audience demographics, content quality) to ensure brand fit. Campaign Coordination - Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns from start to finish. - Coordinate with influencers/agents for negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and briefs. - Track influencer deliverables (posts, videos, stories, reels) and ensure timely execution. Relationship Management - Build and maintain healthy relationships with influencers and creator networks. - Be the go-to contact for influencers during campaign execution. Content & Briefing - Assist in creating influencer briefs aligned with brand strategy. - Review influencer content for brand compliance before publishing. Campaign Tracking & Reporting - Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables go live as planned. - Track campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions). - Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and learnings. Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Pricing, Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure smooth execution. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field. - 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (freshers with relevant internships may apply). - Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Passion for social media trends, creators, and brand storytelling.
