Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Chairman/Director on strategic decision-making, organizational governance, and business growth initiatives.
- Manage accounting and finance-related tasks, including budgeting, cash flow, taxation (Direct & Indirect), and income tax filings.
- Oversee compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities.
- Ensure corporate governance standards are maintained across the organization.
- Provide leadership support across departments, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication.
- Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and official documentation.
- Analyze financial data and business reports; prepare insights and recommendations for the Chairman.
- Act as the single point of contact for problem-solving and issue resolution across functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Use advanced Excel and analytical skills to create reports, dashboards, and business models.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, legal, compliance, and governance.
- Prior professional experience in business/finance/legal management roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and managerial abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of responsibilities.
