Executive - Hr (generalist)

Job Summary The Executive - HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations compliance training coordination performance management payroll support and HR operations This role requires strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR processes effectively Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing coordinating with hiring managers Prepare offer letters appointment letters and ensure smooth onboarding Conduct employee induction programs 2 HR Operations Employee Records Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files Manage attendance leave records and coordinate payroll inputs Ensure compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC Gratuity Bonus etc 3 Employee Engagement Relations Support employee engagement initiatives activities and feedback sessions Handle employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture 4 Performance Management Training Assist in implementation of performance appraisal processes Coordinate training development programs and track effectiveness Support skill development initiatives 5 Compliance Policy Implementation Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards Prepare HR reports MIS and dashboards for management review Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HR operations labor laws and compliance Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Problem-solving and employee relations management Proficiency in MS Office HRMS tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Location Anjar Gujarat Required Work Location In person
