Reporting to the Sales or Business Development Manager, this role plays a key part in driving sponsorship and media revenue by building strong pipelines, engaging prospects, and converting opportunities. Ideal for ambitious, high-energy professionals with prior B2B sales experience who want to work closely with senior leaders across Tech, AI, and Data and grow into leadership over time. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation • Identify and engage potential sponsors and media clients in technology, AI, and data-driven organisations. • Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to build interest and secure meetings. Sales Execution • Present and pitch sponsorship packages for global events and conferences. • Collaborate with the Sales or Business Development Manager to develop tailored proposals. • Support negotiations and contribute to closing deals. Pipeline Management • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM. • Keep activity logs, follow-ups, and progress updated consistently. Desired Skills and Experience • 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development, ideally in sponsorship or events. • Strong communication and presentation abilities with confidence engaging senior executives. • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
