Key ResponsibilitiesImport Supplier Management Identify evaluate and maintain relationships with international suppliers Coordinate and follow up on purchase orders shipments and dispatch schedules Obtain and compare quotations from shipping logistics companies Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders Finalize shipment arrangements and prepare complete shipping documentation Maintain order files and ensure timely updates in the Import Tracking Sheet Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies R D New Product Development Research and identify potential new products and overseas suppliers Conduct price negotiations and commercial discussions with new vendors Maintain R D development sheets and track progress of new product initiatives Support product sampling testing and evaluation processes Documentation Coordination Prepare and manage shipment documents for customs and shipping companies Maintain updated records of imports supplier communication and shipments Ensure proper filing and tracking of all import and R D-related documents Courier Logistics Coordination Handle courier bookings with UPS FedEx DHL and other service providers Maintain courier tracking sheets and ensure timely delivery of samples documents Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Jamnagar Gujarat Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Document management 1 year Required Language English Required Work Location In person
