Job Profile To have a software support in Mumbai who will support Pan India related to electronic products softwaretroubleshooting This role will focus on supporting connected lock configurations and managing customersubscriptions Supporting software related issues between customer and internal applications The engineer willalso coordinate with the sales team to provide reminders prior to the expiration of existing subscriptionsSupporting the Project Installation Team on testing and commissioning of electronic security locks like AccessControl Bio-metric Connected locks etc What You Will Do To organize and manage the product support activity technical expertise drawing up of required processes enabling to register and diagnose incidents implementation of adapted solutions to resolve them and writingof escalation technical processes To supervise the implementation of the systems integration platform in the scope of projects and to carry out models of technical solutions Support development of standard system commissioning procedures and policies Primary responsibility for testing commissioning all items of installed Security systems 3rd party product integration to Server Applications Functional verification of system designs and off-site testing Troubleshooting to include servers stations and associated operating systems Support customers for remote troubleshooting on software applications Monitor application performance and field progress on installations Work effectively within the corporate landscape and build departmental alliances Sense of service and good customer relationship team spirit discipline and organization management skills Responsible for creating documentation related to software support Who we are looking forQualification Diploma or BE in Electronics telecommunication or BE in Computers 4-5 years of experience Functional Skills To organize and manage the department xc2xab Application Software xc2xbb for which the role on one hand is to takepart in the qualification of ES products and software in collaboration with the Third party Software supportdepartment and on the other hand to ensure technical support of installed systems The role will be multidiscipline using several OS platforms Behavioral Excellent communication skills ability to handle difficult situations tactfully should have an attitude ofhonoring commitments Team bonding
