Technical Support Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support to users and create instructional materials for internal use on our software system.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration, and at least 1 year of experience in software or product-related roles. They will possess excellent analytical skills, strong written and spoken English skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing support articles on software features for clients
  • Creating instruction manuals for internal use
  • Designing systems and developing internal/external support guides
  • Assisting in the preparation of details for new feature development
  • Liaising with different teams regarding product development and project details
  • Handling ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration

  6. Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  11. Excellent skills in Excel & Word
