Direct Payroll - Leading Bank in India Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Home Loan Officer to join our team. This role involves 70% field sales and 30% inside sales, where you will actively connect with potential customers, explain loan options, and assist them in securing home loans. Candidates with any sales experience are welcome, and freshers with a passion for sales can also apply. Key Responsibilities: Field Sales (70%) – Identify and connect with potential customers through direct visits, real estate agents, builders, and referral networks. Inside Sales (30%) – Follow up with leads, handle customer queries, and assist clients through phone and email. Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation to customers. Assist in the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any degree (No specific specialization required). Experience: Any sales experience (banking, insurance, real estate, FMCG, telecom, etc.) is preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in sales can also apply. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage (training will be provided).
