We're looking for a skilled Accountant with expertise in:- Tally Prime- Import & Export documentation- Auditor filing- GSTR filing & documentationResponsibilities:- Manage financial records & accounts- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements- Prepare & file tax returns & other documentKey Responsibilities A. Financial Record Keeping Record and maintain daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Post entries accurately in ledgers and accounting software. Ensure documentation and filing of financial records are up-to-date. B. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial data to support management decision-making. Generate reports for internal use and regulatory compliance. C. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports. Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulators as needed. D. Budgeting & Forecasting Support Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. Track expenses and revenue to ensure alignment with budget forecasts. Provide inputs on cost optimization and financial efficiency. E. Coordination & Internal Control Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations. Maintain internal controls and financial procedures. Assist auditors during internal and external audits. Required Skills & Competencies A. Technical Skills Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software. Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, and other regulatory requirements. Ability to prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and reports accurately. B. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
