Job Description Key Responsibilities - Drive identification and scaling of strategic partnerships and solutions aligned with business priorities - Pilot innovative methodologies and digital tools to enhance evidence generation impact and scalability - Recommend fit-for-purpose data and integrated evidence solutions to support product access and adoption - Translate evidence generation needs into scalable technology requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Connect internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of advanced solutions - Promote adoption of novel scientific methods including pragmatic studies and hybrid trial models - Develop learning content and toolkits to support new evidence capabilities across global teams - Build and evaluate partnerships with medical societies, academic institutes, and data owners - Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in partnership and solution development - Maintain data quality and integrity across research initiatives in alignment with global best practices Essential Requirements - Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in life science/healthcare required.
