Job Description

We are seeking aPMO Executivewith 3-8 years of experience in IT services. The ideal candidate will oversee business processes, optimize operations, and support strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

- Assist in designing and implementingoperational processesto enhance productivity.
- Work with cross-functional teams tostreamline workflowsand remove bottlenecks.
- Monitor and improveservice delivery metricsand internal processes.

Financial & Performance Analysis:

- Trackoperational KPIs, costs, and revenue metricsto ensure financial efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, andcost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smoothservice operations.
- Assist in contract management and operational compliance.

Business Strategy & Execution:

- Support leadership in executingbusiness plans and growth initiatives.
- Identify areas for process automation and operational scalability.

Key Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experiencein business operations within anIT servicesor consulting environment.
- Strong understanding ofoperational processes, financial planning, and data analysis.
- Proficiency inExcel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and driveprocess improvements.
- Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
