**Specific Accountabilities for this role**
- You will support the Service Managers concerning service management process, standards, methods, and tools.
- You will be responsible for planning and commissioning various tasks across various departments for a smooth rollout of service offerings.
- You will be responsible for tracking and managing the confirmed orders from the service provider up to the fully activated Service at desired location.
- You will liaise with vendors to place orders for hardware and services, ensuring that the specifications meet the technical needs of the SD-WAN deployment. You will monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that may arise.
- You will maintain accurate records of orders, including details of the products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- You will work closely with internal IT and network teams to align the ordered services with the existing infrastructure and deployment plans.
- The preparation and updating of reports within the scope of the service, as well as the support of the Service Manager of the different respective services is part of your tasks.
- You will ensure that the ordering of SD-WAN services and equipment is carried out efficiently and in accordance with the organization’s requirements.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have Skills** and relevant experience**
- Successfully completed commercial or technical professional training in information technology
- Experience in the role of a Service Coordinator or Project manager in IT Network/ SD-Wan is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, knowledge in project management would be advantage.
- Strong organizational skills in managing priorities.
- Experience in handling hardware/software rollouts.
- Confident handling of ticket systems (e.g. Service Now), knowledge of Ariba is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and efficient way of working
- Analytical thinking and fast comprehension
- Strongly developed self-organization skills and self-motivation
- High customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high-performance orientation.
- Excellent English language skills in written and spoken, additionally German would be an advantage.

**Could-Have Skills** and relevant experience.**

Desirable but not essential skills and qualifications.
- Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Earlier worked in SD WAN rollout and transition projects.

**Education and Experience**
- Degree(s) required: Bachelor’s in computer science/IT or equivalent.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in PMO/SMO, IT support, Infrastructure rollout projects. SD WAN rollout experience would be added advantage.
