Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks. - Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and communication. - Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and dashboards regularly. - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple open positions. - Basic understanding of HR policies, recruitment metrics, and employment laws.
