Job Description

About the Role

Whisky Labs is a growing startup digital agency that works with startups, DTC brands, and e-commerce businesses. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate and convert leads into long-term clients.

The role involves cold outreach (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, calls), converting hot leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold outreach via Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to generate leads.
- Make cold calls and follow up with prospects to book meetings and demos.
- Convert warm/hot leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Present and pitch agency services (SMM, performance marketing, web development, SEO, etc.) to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Share performance updates and insights with the leadership team.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling both cold and hot leads through structured follow-ups.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaign tools.
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in digital agency, sales, business development, or client servicing is a plus.
