We are looking for a strategic, results-driven General Manager to lead our operations, drive growth, and shape the future of our manufacturing business. Your Mission: As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational efficiency, process excellence, and business profitability. You will oversee manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and financial performance while building a high-performing, company-aligned team. What You'll Do: - Lead the company's strategic and operational plan to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership. - Optimize manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality assurance. - Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive financial planning, budgeting, and cost control with measurable results. - Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and industry standards. - Mentor and develop senior management to create a high-performance culture aligned with company goals. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to stay ahead in the industry. - Report to the Board of Directors on KPIs, operational performance, and strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Process Engineering. - MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification. - Proven experience as a senior executive or General Manager in automotive manufacturing. - Strong expertise in operations management, process optimization, quality assurance, and supply chain. - Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Residence in Tamil Nadu or nearby areas (+/- 40 km). - This is an on-site position with immediate startand requires availability from Monday to Saturday. - English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
