Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to procure and onboard properties across various locations, ensuring they meet Enout's standards. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with property owners, expanding Enout's portfolio, and supporting the growth of our hospitality offerings. Key Responsibilities Property Sourcing & Procurement - Identify and research potential properties for listing on Enout across domestic and international markets. - Build and maintain relationships with premium property owners. - Conduct market analysis to identify high-demand locations and property trends. Onboarding & Compliance - Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with Enout's quality standards. - Assist in setting up agreements, contracts, and pricing negotiations with property owners. - Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Data & Market Analysis - Gather and analyze data on competitive pricing, property trends, and customer preferences. - Provide recommendations for strategic expansion based on research findings. Collaboration & Coordination - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support. - Support operational processes related to property management and vendor coordination. Preferred Qualifications - Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field. - Prior experience in sales, business development, or hospitality is a plus. - Familiarity with property sourcing, contract management, or travel platforms is a bonus.
