As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for Leading and manage Oracle Cloud ERP projects, oversee resources, track progress, handle escalations, and ensure stakeholder alignment. What You'll own: - Lead the full lifecycle of complex Cloud ERP initiatives, integrating AI-driven insights to optimize business processes and enable data-informed decision making. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients from initial prospecting conversations through solutioning, proposal support, and successful delivery execution. - Craft and execute holistic delivery roadmaps, ensuring alignment of business objectives, technical solutions, and stakeholder expectations. - Build and nurture cross-functional, globally distributed delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, psychological safety, and continuous growth. - Proactively manage delivery performance metrics, including value realization, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and team health. - Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, facilitate executive-level governance forums, and drive alignment across business and IT leadership. - Identify and mitigate delivery risks early, where applicable to foresee and proactively address potential issues. - Guide clients through change management journeys, ensuring strong user adoption and long-term operational success. - Champion collaboration between ERP, AI, Data, Security, and Integration teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery. On your first day, we'll expect you to have: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountancy (CA), or related fields. - 6-12 years of progressive leadership experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP programs, including global implementations (minimum 2 end to end implementations), upgrades, or transformations. - Demonstrated success delivering multiple ERP projects with complex delivery landscapes. - Deep understanding of ERP methodologies (e.g., Oracle AIM, Agile ERP delivery models, or hybrid frameworks). - Extensive client-facing experience with strong executive presence; onsite US/Europe exposure highly valued. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value narratives. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities, with curiosity to leverage AI innovations in ERP delivery. We'd be super excited if you have: - PMP or equivalent project management certifications. - Exposure to AI/ML-driven ERP accelerators, intelligent automation platforms (RPA, IPA), and advanced analytics solutions. - Experience building high-performing delivery organizations or practices. - Prior involvement in ERP pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement pursuits.
