Job Description Job Title: HR Intern - Recruitment Location: Chennai Duration: 3 - 6 months Internship About The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the dynamics of hiring in a fast-paced SaaS product organization. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, helping you develop key HR and talent acquisition skills while working closely with the HR and business teams. Key Responsibilities - Assist the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews. - Source profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals for both technical and non-technical roles. - Coordinate with candidates and hiring panels to ensure a smooth interview experience. - Maintain and update the recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate details and status. - Support the team in shortlisting resumes, conducting preliminary assessments, and following up with candidates. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as social media posts or campus engagement. - Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and documentation. - Participate in HR team meetings and brainstorm ideas to improve the hiring process. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. - Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks. - Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and other recruitment tools. - A self-starter with a learning mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
