Location Mumbai Industry Investment Banking Boutique Firm Sector Focus Healthcare Technology Media Telecommunications TMT InfrastructureAbout the Firm Our client a prestigious boutique investment banking firm is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as a Vice President in their Investment Banking division This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading and executing high-profile transactions in the rapidly evolving sectors of Healthcare TMT and Infrastructure If you have a proven track record of originating and executing M A and equity financing deals coupled with excellent leadership and strategic skills we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Deal Origination Business Development Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in M A private equity and capital raising Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate executives private equity firms venture capitalists and other industry leaders Lead Client Pitches Develop compelling investment theses and pitch materials securing mandates for M A private equity and strategic financing transactions Transaction Execution Lead the end-to-end execution of M A deals equity financings and strategic investments ensuring optimal outcomes for clients Deal Structuring Negotiations Take the lead on structuring complex deals conducting negotiations and ensuring that all transactions align with clients strategic objectives Team Leadership Development Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates providing guidance on financial modeling market research and deal structuring Strategic Insights Provide strategic insights market intelligence and actionable recommendations to support investment decisions and business growth Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless transaction execution Key Requirements Experience Minimum of 14 years of experience in M A Private Equity or Investment Banking with a strong focus on one of the following sectors Healthcare TMT or Infrastructure Transaction Track Record Demonstrated success in originating and executing M A and capital-raising transactions Financial Expertise Strong financial analysis valuation and deal structuring expertise with deep knowledge of financial modeling and market research Leadership Communication Proven ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior clients and executives Sector Knowledge Deep understanding of the Healthcare TMT or Infrastructure sectors with the ability to leverage market insights to inform deal strategy Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a leading boutique investment banking firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-impact solutions to clients Collaborative and dynamic work environment with the opportunity to lead high-profile transactions Competitive compensation and benefits package
