🔹 Job Title: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter Company: Talentmatics Staffing Solutions Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite – 5 Days a Week) Experience: 2–8 Years Type: Full-Time 🔎 About the Role Talentmatics is expanding We are looking for dynamic Recruiters / Senior Recruiters with strong experience in staffing, sourcing, and end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fast-paced staffing environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client expectations and deliver quality talent quickly. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across IT / Non-IT / Engineering domains (as per allocation). - Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, references, databases, and creative channels. - Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Manage candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs in depth. - Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), trackers, and reporting dashboards. - Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure timely closures and high-quality submissions. - Build a healthy pipeline for niche and high-demand roles. - 🧩 Requirements - 2–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a Staffing Company or Recruitment Consultancy (mandatory). - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and hiring workflows. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver under deadlines. - Confident, energetic, and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership. - Good knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS systems. 🌟 Why Join Talentmatics? - Work with a fast-growing global staffing organization. - Exposure to marquee clients across multiple geographies. - Energetic, collaborative, growth-focused environment. - Attractive incentives and growth opportunities for high performers. - Work culture that rewards ownership, passion, and performance.
