Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong talent sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience Required: 3 t o 5 years Requirements Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, evaluating, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer negotiation Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, JD creation, and talent strategy Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Referrals) Screen technical resumes and assess candidate technical understanding Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical evaluation rounds Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress via ATS Create hiring reports and dashboards Build long-term relationships with candidates and external agencies Ensure hiring SLAs and timelines are met for critical positions Requirements Technical Attributes: 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment from IT. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & ATS (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently Data-driven hiring and experience using recruitment metrics Negotiation and relationship-building skills Understanding of current talent market trends and hiring best practices Preferred Qualities: Experience working on niche skills & bulk hiring Creative sourcing strategies & networking ability Strong ownership mindset and result-oriented approach
