Job Role SENIOR CIVIL BILLING MANAGER Experience 10 - 15 Years Location Ahamdabad Job summary We are seeking a Senior Civil Billing Manager to join our team and manage billing processes for construction projects ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency within the Road Highways Metro Railway and Residential sectors Key Responsibilities Billing Management Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms Cost Estimation Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials labor and equipment for various stages of construction projects Contractual Compliance Ensure billing activities align with contractual requirements negotiate terms with clients and resolve any discrepancies Project Coordination Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure billing reflects the progress and scope of work Financial Reporting Generate regular financial reports and forecasts to aid in project budgeting and financial planning Process Improvement Identify and implement best practices to streamline the billing process and improve financial efficiency Software Proficiency AutoCAD Key Requirements Experience 10-15 years of experience in billing management within the road highways metro railway or residential construction sector Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Skills Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data Communication Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams clients and stakeholders Attention to Detail Keen attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies swiftly Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience with hybrid work environments balancing office and on-site responsibilities What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities and continuous learning Flexible work arrangements hybrid work model Opportunity to work on diverse and large-scale infrastructure projects Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 700 000 00 - 1 100 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
